Through hours of therapy, I learned how to approach some really tough times in my life. It has shown me so much growth and it has given me the head space to enjoy moments I previously wouldnโt have enjoyed. As you work through approaching tough moments, learn mechanisms to keep your peace.
There will always be ups & downs, but it is up to us to choose how we face the things that happen.
Remember, they are not happening to you, they are happening FOR you.๐ฆ

Adventures can be near or far as long as you are โจPRESENT โจ We get so busy working that we forget about living. Go somewhere you've never been before. It doesn't matter if it's going on vacation or finding a new place to visit at home, as long as it makes you happy and takes you out of your comfort zoneโ๏ธ๐๐๐ฝ What are your favorite places to be? ๐ญ Let me know in the comments โ๐ฝ๐
