this Asian steak noodle salad is straight up
𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫-𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬.

This chicken milanesa was everything.

Golden, crispy, perfectly fried—and topped with a handful of fresh greens, thinly sliced shallots, my special vinaigrette, and freshly grated Parmesan.

Balanced. Intentional. Flavorful.
