What an honor it was to take the stage at MPI’s Smart Monday at IMEX America 2025, sharing on “Cultural Agility: Leading Teams Across Borders Without Losing Impact.” Cultural Spark

Standing at IMEX surrounded by hundreds of countries, languages, and cultures was a vivid reminder that our industry is built on relationships. Every handshake, every conversation, and every cultural exchange showed that when we approach one another with curiosity, respect, and cultural agility, we don’t just network we build bridges.
