Air fry Jamaican jerk chicken thighs
Here’s what you will need!
• 2 Lbs Chicken Thighs
• 3 Tbsp Jamaica Jerk Sauce
• 1 Tsp White Pepper
• 1 Tsp Black Pepper
• 1 Tsp Complete Season
• 1 Tsp Garlic Season
• 1 Tsp Onion Powder
•Ginger Paste
•Hot Sauce
Instructions
• Wash clean and season your chicken
• Let chicken marinated in refrigerator for 4-24hrs.
• Pre-Heat Air Fryer to 375F for 5 minutes
• Place chicken on tray let cook for 10 minutes
• Brush with jerk sauce.
• Flip your chicken and let cook for another 10 minutes.
• Brush the other side with jerk sauce place chicken back in fryer 2-3 minutes
• Remove chicken from air fryer add Serve and Enjoy!

Pepper Pork
Here’s what you need!
2 lbs boneless pork loin
1/3 cup corn starch
1 Tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Tsp Food Browning
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp Complete season
1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 Green bell pepper slice
1 Red bell pepper slice
1 onion thinly sliced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
1 Tsp oyster sauce
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 Tbsp Sweet Chili sauce
1/3 cup sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
* Thinly slice wash and clean pork, In a bowl combine the thin strips of pork season with all ingredients listed above let marinate 4-24 hours.
Slice onion and bell peppers set aside in a bowl, add corn starch to pork mix well.
* In a small mixing bowl add sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, chili sauce and mix well
* Heat your wok or skillet over high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil, then add the pork to wok, Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until the pork is lightly browned around the edges. Remove the pork from wok and set aside.
* Over medium-high heat, add another tablespoon of oil, along with the peppers, and onion stir fry for 1 minute or until frangant, but control the heat to avoid burning. Add pork mix together then add sauce mixture stir for 2-3 Minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
