Being vulnerable sucks but we all experienced vulnerability at one point in our lives and for others numerous times.

The Bible says Proverbs 4:23 NLT
[23] Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.

Words that are so simple but most complicated to achieve without Jesus.

In other words, if you don't know who Jesus is....it's time you do because being vulnerable will leave you vulnerable to those who prey on the weak and lonely of hearts.
