We're proud to be a Founding Launch Partner of Bett USA! 🎉

Launching November 8–10, 2027 at Nashville's Music City Center, Bett USA is creating a dedicated national space for K–12 innovation — where educators, district leaders, and the companies building tomorrow's tools can come together, connect, and drive real change in classrooms.

We're excited to help shape this community from day one and to support a mission we believe in deeply: ensuring every educator in America can access and confidently implement the best of what's possible in learning.

Every teacher knows the moment — you look up mid-lesson and can already tell who's lost, who's bored, and who's three steps ahead.

Differentiated instruction is supposed to be the answer. But building lessons around where each student actually is takes hours most teachers don't have.

Yourway changes that by helping teachers build complete, differentiated lessons in minutes, not hours. The student who needs more support gets it. The one ready to go further gets that too.

It's not a workaround. It's instructional support, built around real students.

Teachers wear about twelve hats before 8am. Some of those hats were never supposed to be theirs to wear.

Name something that shouldn't be on a teacher's to-do list. 👇

🌟 We're honored to be named one of America's Top EdTech Companies of 2026 by TIME . 🌟

This recognition means a lot, not just as a milestone for our team, but as a signal that the work we're doing in K-12 districts matters.

Student safety. Human-first design. Instructional fidelity. We built Yourway around the belief that AI in education should support great teaching — not replace it, undermine it, or operate outside the guardrails districts have worked hard to build.

To every educator, school, and district partner who's trusted us with that work: thank you.

Instructional drift rarely starts with one big mistake.

It starts with small ones. A teacher uses an AI tool because it's faster. A small-group activity gets generated without a clear connection to Tier 1. Pacing shifts a little here and there.

Nobody flags it until it shows up in the data.

That's why guardrails matter. Not to slow AI down, but to make sure it's working within the instructional system you've already built — starting with your standards, your frameworks, and your success criteria.

If your district has rolled out AI tools this year, you're not alone — and neither is the uncertainty around how to manage them well.

One of the biggest challenges we hear from educators and district leaders: AI adoption without a shared framework leads to tool sprawl, inconsistent support across schools, and teachers working harder, not smarter.

That's why we created a four-pillar framework for evaluating AI in K–12:
1️⃣ Instructional Coherence — Does this AI reinforce how you teach, or pull teachers away from it?
2️⃣ Teacher Workload & Workflow — Does it save time, or just move the work somewhere else?
3️⃣ Trust, Safety & Governance — Can you stand behind how it works with families and your board?
4️⃣ Access & Equity — Does it raise the floor across all schools, or only benefit teachers who are already ahead?

AI adoption isn't just about which tools you choose. It's about making sure those tools actually serve every teacher in every building.

A strong AI use policy covers more than just rules. It addresses:

💡 Guiding principles: Who is this policy for, and what does it protect? A good policy puts students and educators at the center.
💡 Privacy and compliance: FERPA, COPPA, and state law aren't optional. Your policy should spell out exactly how student data is protected and what staff can and can't do with AI tools.
💡 Guidelines for teachers AND students: AI use looks different in a planning period than it does in a classroom. Both groups need clear, practical guidance — not just a list of don'ts.
💡 Roles, review, and accountability: Who approves AI tools? Who do you call when something goes wrong? A strong policy names names and builds in a process for continuous improvement.

Getting these four things right is what separates a policy that lives in a drawer from one that actually builds trust.
