“Eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day”. 🍅🍌
Did you know that fruits and vegetables are not created equal?
In reality, the recommended breakdown is to eat 4 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of fruit per day.
Or, 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit.
The reason is simple, the fruits contain sugar (although natural, so not as bad 😉) so you don’t want to consume too much. 🤓
And for those who aren’t sure, a serving of fruit or vegetable is equivalent to 100g. 😉
