Now is a great time to start on a new pool build. With summer's end approaching, it is a really good time to look at starting your pool build. Why? For a few reasons: As it goes from summer into fall and winter, many sub contractors have more availability. With that said their rates are typically lower during their off-season. Another reason is that a pool build can take a while. Pool permitting, construction, inspections, all of those take valuable time; so scheduling them when you wouldn't be using a pool makes sense. Start planning now and by next summer you will enjoying your brand new pool!
