Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our youth sports photography team. This role focuses on generating leads and prospecting potential clients to drive new business opportunities.

Schedule & Requirements
• In-person position: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Hours: Full days (8 hours each day)
• Location: Must work in our office - NOT remote
• Growth Path: Part-time moving to full-time with advancement opportunities

Key Responsibilities
• Cold Calling: Proactive outreach to youth sports leagues and schools
• In-Person Sales: Walking into schools/leagues to build relationships
• Email Campaigns: Professional outreach to leagues and schools
• Phone Coverage: Answer calls during off-hours on occasion (leagues call evenings)
• Client Retention: Maintain relationships and book follow-up jobs immediately after completion
• CRM Management: Track leads, calls, and prospect information

What We're Looking For
• Passionate about generating new business opportunities
• Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
• Excellent communication skills
• Sees long-term vision, not just temporary work
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with youth sports focus

Compensation
• $20/hour
• Growth potential with performance and advancement
