LEAD TECHNICIAN W/$500 SIGN ON BONUS!

Local restoration company in the valley almost 20 years, is looking for candidates to be a part of our team to help restore the homes of customers after experiencing a loss due to water, mold, or fire damage. We desire people who are outgoing, detail oriented, and motivated. Selected candidates must hold water damage drying certification or have 2+ years experience in water damage restoration. Candidates will continue to be trained to become experts in water mitigation, demolition, mold remediation, fire clean up and other related services.

Pay starts from $18/hr up to $20/hr to start depending on certifications and experience.
Certification classes will be paid for by company. Bonuses are paid on after hour emergency calls. We offer benefits, including health, matched 401K, life and disability insurance, dental and vision.

Requirements include:

Certification in water drying or 2+ years experience
Able to communicate and work well with others
Eager to learn
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Be on on-call rotation after hours
Reliable, hard worker
Lift up to 80 pounds
Able to work in confined spaces (attic, crawlspace)
Job Type: Full-time

Sign on bonuses start after first successful 90 day review!

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
