It’s sauce day! I always add some Essies South American Sauce to my sauce for an extra umami flavor.

What do you guys put in your pasta sauce?

You can’t go wrong with a crisp cucumber salad with perfectly ripe tomatoes.

I paired it with some white wine vinegar, olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and some s + p.

I’m going to let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes & let those delicious flavors marry. This is a summer staple at my house.
