Before there was Fina, there was Grandma’s basement. 🤍

Long before “Designed to Dwell. Staged to Sell.” became her motto, the kids in Nicolle’s family and her childhood friends would each claim a room in their grandma’s basement and turn it into their own pretend apartment. And Nicolle? She was the one who brought everyone together for the big reveal — showing off each “apartment” to one another, one tiny tour at a time.

Turns out, the love for spaces, stories, and a good reveal started a lot earlier than she realized. Some passions just don’t let go. 🏡✨

“I could sit in this room all day. The light is just incredible — and when you look outside, it’s this beautiful, private world. A gorgeous pond, wildlife all around you. It feels so removed from everything. That’s what I wanted people to feel the moment they stepped inside too — that same sense of peace. Like you’ve found your own little retreat.”

Some homes just have it. That feeling you can’t quite put into words but you know the second you walk in. This one has it in every corner — and oh, did we mention it’s also an equestrian property? 🐴🤍🌿
