These customers on Okauchee Lake in Oconomowoc were in the process of building this magnificent addition onto their home. They were looking for a way to enjoy this space not only bug free, but also protect them from the harsh winds and weather they experience living in this area. The storms that recently ripped through SE Wisconsin were strong enough to take down giants trees around the entire lake, including two in their backyard the night before. We had been working with a prominent home builder and architect in the area since last year to help design the perfect framing for their new space. We installed three Apollo motorized screens that allow them the ability to enjoy this porch as an extension of their living space, with just the simple click of a remote. They customized the housing units with a textured Glacier powder coat color that blended incredibly well with their carpentry. The hembar was customized in textured Onyx to blend with the upgraded Nano fabric that allows them the ability to block 95% of UV rays and deter the wild winds that pass through this area. The final result was spectacular.
