Smart Secure is hiring door-to-door and outside sales positions in all of Southern California. No experience is required.

We are actively hiring motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity for growth with a newer home security company that focuses on developing a strong company culture and takes an active role in developing its most important asset, YOU!

As a Smart Secure Sales Rep, you will utilize your strengths and our company training to:

• Sell door-to-door home security and automation services
• Be able to dedicate a minimum of 40 hours a week
• Provide excellent customer service to client base and handle objections effectively
• Master sales techniques and improve communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management
• Manage a pipeline of leads as well as cultivate your own

How you get PAID:

• Clear commission structure averaging $500 to $750 per deal. More for selling additional equipment
• This is a commission only position
• Promotion through attainable production standards: includes higher base commissions and overrides on team production

What we are looking for:

• Experience in door to door sales or customer service environment (Preferred)
• Experience with home security, automation, and video surveillance (Preferred)
• Passion for people and outstanding customer service skills
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver license
• Ability to legally work in the United States
• Reliable smart phone and/or tablet

Location:

We are building multiple teams throughout all of Southern California to include: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties.
