We’re thrilled to welcome Shae Harper as the new Account Manager for AdaptAbility Home Services, overseeing the North Alabama market!

Shae brings a wealth of experience in customer relations, strategic planning, and team leadership to the role. With over five years in bookkeeping, AP/AR, and payroll at Paragon MFG Solutions, LLC, she excelled in supporting business growth through client meetings and sales initiatives. Shae also has a strong background in office administration and recruitment from her time at Preferred Precision, where she streamlined operations and enhanced customer service. Her recent caregiving experience at Talladega Rehab Select further highlights her dedication to helping others—a perfect fit for our mission. Please join us in congratulating Shae on her new role!

Did you know that the Memphis Jewish Home has a Free CNA Training Program!

The CNA Program is completely free for eligible students in the Mid-South area and takes place over the course of four weeks, Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Classes meet on-site at Memphis Jewish Home & Rehab where you will receive a mix of classroom and real-world instruction. Class sizes depend on our application cycle but typically range between 5-15 students.

After you complete the program, your instructor will help you schedule your certification test. Graduates that receive their certification will be eligible for a position at MJHR.

The requirements are simple:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Government-Issued ID
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
