Are you familiar with the coffee production process? This week is a very important week in production as it is coffee flowering season. The blooming of flowers on coffee plants is the first step of a year-long journey. It is at this point in the season when our farmers can determine their potential productivity for the upcoming season. The flowers subsequently develop into coffee fruits. Here's to hoping for a great season for all of our farmers!
