Good morning family and friends. Prayers are needed this morning. I am at the hospital getting ready to have PD catheler surgery so i can do home dialysis. I am still on the kidney transplant list and has been for 3 years. I am still seeking a living donor as well. Thank you for your prayers! God Bless 🙏

UPDATE: My kidney Dr referred me to the Vanderbilt Transplant Center in Nashville, TN to get approved to be put on their transplant list. The in person appt was Tuesday, September 20th. I had to bring one support person with me and my oldest sister Patricia volunteered. Thank you Sis!

The trip was very pleasant and the staff was nice. I left there 25 tubes of blood less than when i arrived, also had a EKG, chest Xray, information session and consultation with the transplant surgeon.

Some tests required by Nashville I already completed at the Memphis Transplant Center and those tests will be forwarded to them. I have been on the transplant list in Memphis just about 3 years come Nov 1st.

When i get approved and put on the Nashville transplant list, I will be on two kidney transplant list. Now its wait and see if Nashville need any additional tests, if they do I can get it done local and have the results sent to them.

We made it back to Memphis the same day. The total drive time was about 7 hours. I had way less blood and my body made sure I was aware of it because of how tired I was. But GOD is Good! Every time i turn around he's making a way! Thank you Jesus! Amen!
