Essence Fragrances

Essence Fragrances kiosk in the Mall of Louisiana is hiring a full-time general manager:

- Looking for a passionate, energetic and full-of-life personality, with great customer service skills

- Looking for leadership ability and conflict resolution skills

- Manage a team of 5+ employees; hiring and firing power

- Pay is hourly PLUS commission. Pay that is listed is only base pay. It does not include commission, which does not have a cap.

- Must have reliable transportation

- Paid on-the-job training

- Must be able to stand for six hours or more

- Must have open availability and the ability to pick up shifts and do outside work when necessary

- Must wear company dress code

Part-time (MORNING availability) retail sales associate at the perfume kiosk, Essence Fragrances, in the Wolfchase Galleria in Memphis, TN. It is an hourly position, plus commission.

The base pay/hourly does not include any commission or bonuses that the employee will earn; it reflects ONLY the base hourly pay. This is done for transparency. Any bonus or commission an employee earns is stackable on top of the hourly pay rate, with NO commission cap.

We are a black kiosk located on the first floor, between Express and American Eagle.

Pay is $11/hour BEFORE commission, and hourly pay is base; it does not include commission.
