Like diabetes, COVID-19 doesn't discriminate when it comes to one's race, income, zip code, age, education or gender. Unfortunately diabetes does create greater stress on the bodies of those who contract COVID-19. According to the American Diabetic Association, 40% of COVID-19 deaths were diabetics. That's one more reason to closely monitor glucose levels in diabetics and those who have been diagnosed with prediabetes.
I & I was formed to help educate and provide resources to help.
