🐝 DON’T SPRAY THEM. SAVE THEM.
“What happens to the bees after you remove them?”
Great question. I get it every week.
Here’s the truth: Exterminators kill them and leave 40+ lbs of honey, brood, and dead bees in your wall. That rots. That attracts ants, roaches, and rodents. That stinks. And new bees move back in next year.
Here’s what I do instead:
1. Live Removal: I carefully extract the entire colony by hand. Queen, workers, brood. No poison. No kill.
2. Complete Comb Removal: Every bit of honeycomb comes out. If I leave it, you’ll have pests and damage later.
3. Sanitize & Seal: I clean the cavity and seal entry points so bees can’t re-colonize.
4. Humane Relocation: The bees go to local beekeepers and apiaries here in Memphis. They get a second chance to pollinate farms, gardens, and produce honey.
I don’t just “get rid of bees.” I protect your home AND save the colony.

Fun fact: One bee makes 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey in her lifetime.
So yeah, this jar took a whole lot of teamwork 💛
