I’m reminding myself all the time that my house is not going to be aesthetically pleasing for a while and one day I’ll wish we had drawings on our windows and baby dolls all over the house. I probably won’t miss the wasted money on a medium pizza because they refuse to eat the crusts but we will see 🫠🥴
It’s already been such a beautiful journey with these girls. Even when they’re crying at the same time and I want to bury my face in a pillow, the joy is just as overwhelming. Thanking God every day that I get to be their mom ❤️
*One of the things I remind myself of when postpartum feels really heavy is that most of the hard moments pass within 10-15 minutes. Get through 10-15 minutes and you can come back up for air.
There are so many great positions but these are a few of my favorite (that I’ve seen be extremely effective, especially compared to pushing on your back). Know your options before you have that baby!
