NAPA Auto Parts moves to a different location in Medina so that it could continue to serve the community. It was necessary for this to happen, says Troy Gerspacher of Gerspacher Real Estate Group, because of the building addition of the event center to the Legacy Hotel Project. “Fortunately, we were able to lead them just down the street to 316 N Elmwood, which helped them get into a larger building and modernize their facility.”
