Due to extreme heat, the Uptown Maumee Farmer's Market has been canceled today.

After carefully watching the forecast and hearing from our vendors, we've made the difficult decision to cancel today's market due to the extreme heat and Heat Advisory.

The safety of our vendors, musicians, volunteers, and shoppers always comes first. While we're disappointed to miss an afternoon together, we know it's the right call.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our local farmers, bakers, makers, and food vendors all season long. We can't wait to see everyone back next Wednesday for another great market.

City of Maumee Abandons Disc Golf at Towpath Park Location

During the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on June 15, Maumee Mayor Chelsea Ziss announced that due to the feedback they had received from residents, the City will not be going forward with plans for a proposed disc golf course at Towpath Park. The City is open to suggestions for alternative locations.
