I don’t ask for this often, but I wanted to put it out there.

If you’ve had a positive experience with Mac’s Mobile at any point and feel comfortable sharing it, I’d really appreciate a Google review.

I’m the first to admit I’m not perfect. Things don’t always go exactly as planned. But I do everything I can to be transparent, to communicate clearly, and to make things right if an issue comes up along the way. That’s the standard I hold myself to.

Running a small, local business means a lot of word-of-mouth, and reviews genuinely help more than people realize. If my approach to service resonated with you and you’re willing to share your experience, it would mean a lot.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust me with their equipment. I don’t take that lightly.

Here’s something most homeowners don’t get told when they buy brand-name power equipment:

Nearly all equipment powered by Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, or Kawasaki comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

That warranty only holds up if the machine is maintained properly and documented.

In the real world, that’s where things break down. Maintenance happens inconsistently, records don’t exist, and when a failure does occur, there’s nothing to support a warranty claim. I see this all the time.

That’s exactly the problem my Premium Residential Service Plan is designed to solve.

Instead of reacting to breakdowns, this plan is built around ownership-level care:

Machines are logged by make, model, and serial number

Maintenance is scheduled ahead of time

Service history is recorded and retained

Work is performed on-site, before small issues turn into big ones

For newer equipment, this means clear proof of maintenance during the warranty period.
For long-term owners, it means machines that last longer, run better, and hold their value when it’s time to sell.

Because this level of tracking and consistency takes time—and because my schedule is already heavily booked—enrollment is capped at 50 households.
That limit keeps service personal, timelines realistic, and standards high.

This isn’t for everyone.
It’s for homeowners who want their equipment treated like an investment—not an afterthought.

Enrollment requests can be made through our website.
Questions are always welcome.
