Leading the community in being intentional about creating VIRAL POSITIVE YOUTH NEWS!

ASHLAND TANNER is a kind and caring 7-year-old! A student at Harry S. Truman School, Ashland, always helps her classmates, especially those who are shy or upset. She brings positivity into the classroom and is eager to learn new things. Academically, Ashland is working well above grade level. She is completing third-grade work in first grade and approaching the fourth-grade level. Outside of school, she stays active in softball, volleyball, track, and cheer. Ashland’s hard work, confidence, and positive attitude make her an outstanding student and role model. She consistently goes above and beyond in special tasks and projects. Ashland often takes initiative in group activities, helping organize ideas and supporting her peers. She enjoys challenging projects, such as advanced reading and problem-solving tasks, and completes them with care and creativity. Ashland also demonstrates leadership by assisting classmates and modeling positive behavior. Whether working independently or in a group, Ashland shows responsibility, focus, and pride in her work.

Today’s Mad Hatter’s Jazz Brunch hosted by Priority Health Care is more than an event—it’s a commitment to serving our most vulnerable populations.
Through programs supporting housing and healthcare access for women, children, seniors, veterans, and the unhoused, real change is happening.
I was honored to give remarks and stand alongside those doing the work every day.
