Funny story….spelling is hard.

Cookies and spelling errors. 🤦‍♀️

Mama’s - When I know you, know your kids and still say “your child’s name is spelled….”
Please don’t ever take offense to that. Even if I’ve made cookies for your kids a dozen times. Because I didn’t do that with the simplest of names this week. (I thought she was a flower) It got me being creative, fixing cookies 12 hours before delivery. That being said. It was actually, a super easy fix. (Thank goodness!) All ended well so that’s what matters most. But, lesson learned on my part.

Pokemon’

When today’s birthday theme is all things Pokemon’….

Today is our nephews 7th birthday party and this kid loves Pokemon’. Anyone else’s kid eat, sleep and breath these crazy characters?

New cookie recipe. Chocolate chip cookies and kitchen sink cookies. (Also, known as “trash cookies”)

That one time I was given free range to do wine and bourbon cookies. Come to find out the wine cookie was almost identical to the new tattoo of the person receiving the cookies. (Even the paying customer didn’t know about the tattoo.)

my porch to yours. 250 years

Back from 12 days of vacay and jumped right back into baking within 24 hours of being home. Honestly, I missed decorating but it was a nice break.

Vanilla/Almond sugar cookies for a July 4th party.
I don’t usually get to make cookies “just because.” So, these were fun.

Next up…a new one for me.
Dill pickle cookies. Pickle design. Not flavor but…that does make me wonder if I should jump on the pickle wagon.

Vacay comes to an end soon and I’ll be taking orders. The downtime has been lovely but I really do miss making cookies.
