Bear In The Pantry

Been busy today! Roasted pumpkins, made purée, and then made pumpkin pie bars with homemade graham cracker crust. Also drying out pumpkin seeds to roast later. 🎃 Got the cranberry relish made and chilling in the fridge. Blanched green beans, and sautéed mushrooms and onions for homemade green bean casserole that will be put together tomorrow. Next on the list is to put together the sage sausage and apple dressing ... after I empty the dishwasher and clean up what little mess there is. THEN I need to tend to the bird that’s been brining since Monday. 🦃 If I feel up to it after that I’ll get the creamy mashed potato casserole put together. Oh, and I’m doing some holiday decorating too. Never a dull moment. 😊👍🏼
