Start your Friday right all summer long. Join us for a social run Fridays at Cochran Shoals. 7am. 5ish miles. If you’ve got time, stick around after and enjoy some donuts or bagels.

Red Top Rumble is on as planned!!

The primary roads in the area look good but please drive carefully and be aware side roads might be less clear.

We have marked the course with orange ribbon, orange flags and signs. The trails look good with some snow. Be careful on the bridges!

We have lots of parking at the visitor center but if it fills you can park back at the overflow parking lot at shelter 2 (self parking- short walk to the visitors center)
