-Updating plumbing configuration by installing new bathtubs, fixtures, faucets, and toilets

-Demo and removal of existing wall separating kitchen and living room
-Demo and removal of dining room walls
-Installing LVL beams in ceiling
-Framing new wall adjacent to laundry room for new larger kitchen configuration
-Installing new kitchen cabinet configuration with island, utility cabinets, and door panels for laundry room
-Installing new quartzite countertops and backsplash
-Updating electrical configuration by installing new recessed lighting, fixtures, outlets, and switches
