As promised, here are some better 'finished' photos. There's still a sign to be hung in the entry, where the outlet that we added is and, eventually, there will be key-pad entry where we ran these lines. Keep in mind, the room pictured is available for rent, which is why it hasn't been painted/customized. It is meant to be a blank slate where an individual entrepreneur can come in, make it their own, and prosper.

I also believe they've ordered another sink for the 'green' restroom, which is 100% ADA compliant btw, to get rid of the old-school public-restroom feel . Not sure if I'll be there to take final pics of those, but you can use your imagination 😆 ;)

The owners of this Salon Suites business really took things to the next LEVEL.

Thanks to all of our customers who have been so patient and understanding while we juggle such a large project, in additional to our usual clients.

Should finally have some down time before the next two remodels kick off, so will be working hard to get caught up with all of you.

We're still here! Got so busy it was hard to keep up with socials.

Big thanks to all the new customers we've had over the last year/year and a half that have made it possible!

Here is a bathroom where we removed some old laminate and installed some beautiful large format tile. Also upgraded the toilet since it had to be pulled anyway :)

We were hibernating all winter, but it's spring time!

Spent the last couple days doing an LVP/foam underlay install in a salon suite. Not too shabby for the first time. Very pleased, but more importantly the customer loves it!

Some more(ning) saw work at the Ritchey residence today🙂 (see what I did there?😅😆)

Haven't been this muddy since I was backpacking in Boyscouts...

But just glad it was only a broken riser 😅
