On Tuesday Lacey along with other childcare providers in our community received a proclamation from the City of Manhattan for Childcare Appreciation Day! 💙

Today, we celebrate the dedicated childcare professionals who make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families every single day. Their patience, compassion, creativity, and commitment help shape confident learners and strong communities.

We are grateful for the trust families place in providers and proud to stand alongside so many amazing educators and caregivers who pour their hearts into this important work. Thank you to all those who continue to support early childhood education.

Happy Childcare Provider Appreciation Day

The spring cycle of the Ward and Brenda Morgan Community Grant program awarded $72,881 to twelve programs serving Manhattan and Riley County. The Morgans’ generosity continues to uplift projects that bring people together and provide vital support for vulnerable youth and older adults. Their impact is steady, meaningful, and deeply appreciated. 💚
