Anybody remember Paddington markets on Saturday’s in Paddington? Nicola and myself pre babies.. we look so happy… 😂 markets were the highlight of the week and such a creative lot who had stalls and handcrafted artisan pieces, how I miss those days .. reminiscing of a fabulous era this taken mid 80’s.. before we opened’Caffe Roma’ Kings Cross’ and then of course’ ‘Sugareef’ .. oh the good old days 🫶

How do you lose your life?
Life gets lost in many ways.
You're lost when you want to live other people's life and not your own.
You are lost by criticizing the mistakes of others and not improving your own.
It is lost when you regret every moment for failing and not looking for solutions to move forward.
It's lost when you spend the time envying others and not getting better of yourself.
You get lost when you focus only on the negative things, and stop enjoying the good things.
Life is NOT lost when you stop breathing, but when you stop (trying) to be happy. 😊
