Karate Jutsu by Scott Shook
Pinan Nidan Full Bunkai
This is a basic break down of the bunkai with the intention of not using any of the kata techniques as striking. It is also understood that striking will be used before, after, and sometimes during the application.

It would be foolish to not work within your own personal bounds and strive for consistency. Took you two months to learn a new kick? Good, build on that. Took six months to execute a kata? Good, build on that. Part of the process is building your own system with your own benchmarks. Giving yourself time to improve is highly important, the last thing you want to do is quit and risk losing out on improvement that could’ve been. You WILL get better, whether it takes 10 days or 10 years, doesn’t matter. Keep working!
