Alien Touring

New paperweight. Every blank page an existential crisis.

Some new experiments with modular. Now with video evidence. General idea to limit the palette and go deep with specific techniques. Here I'm exploring how far I can push the wavefolding and FM feedback in the big-O oscillator with feedback through low pass gates. I'm running in a few looped samples for base texture and tones to interact with the feedback loops.

This came pretty satisfyingly noisy and crunchy. This type of setup: having the drums fighting against the feedback loop results in some interestingly chaotic sounds. Hard to reproduce exactly, but fun to record :)
