That’s a wrap on our 2026 Ops Summer Symposium!

This week, our operations leaders gathered in sunny Orlando for a meaningful few days focused on learning, team building, and strategic goal setting for the upcoming school year.

While aligning our strategies for the months ahead is always a priority, the heart of this annual event is our charity partnership.

This year, we were incredibly proud to partner with A Gift for Teaching, an amazing non-profit organization dedicated to empowering teachers with free school supplies so every student has the tools they need to succeed. As a team, we rolled up our sleeves and put together a large donation of essential school supplies to support their mission.

A huge thank you to our entire team for attending our Summer Symposium eager to learn and ready to jump in on all things school foodservice. We are ready to enter the 2026-2027 school year with phenomenal momentum, clear goals, and a steadfast passion for everything we do.
