Most people donโt eat nearly enough fruits and vegetables in their diet despite knowing how good they are for us. How can we make getting more fruits & veggies easier? Try these ideas!
-Keep them visible: for example, keep a fruit basket on the counter!
-Prep them beforehand: cut up your fruits and veggies at the beginning of the week so theyโre ready to be eaten on the go.
-Use convenient options: Donโt be afraid the eat canned, dried, or frozen fruits and vegetables if that works better for your situation. They are still great for you!
-Add them to things you already enjoy: vegetables on pizza still count towards your daily intake!
-Make smoothies: sometimes drinking fruits and vegetables is easier than eating them.
-Start dinner off with a salad or vegetables side dish to ensure eat some before you fill up on other foods.
