On June 19–20, 16 adults and 3 youth came together on Nimblewill Gap Road for another major restoration effort—and what a weekend it was.

Together we:

• Drilled and installed more than 30 bollards
• Tilled and restored an entire campsite
• Seeded and spread hay for erosion control and revegetation
• Installed silt fencing to protect nearby waterways
• Installed a fish chute to help stock Nimblewill Creek

But the real story isn't measured in bollards, seed, or equipment.

It's measured in teamwork. In campfire conversations. In shared laughter after a long day of hard work. In friendships strengthened through a common purpose. It is measured in a community of people willing to give their time, energy, and sweat to leave our public lands better than they found them.

Every project strengthens our partnership with the U.S. Forest Service and brings us one step closer to ensuring these special places remain healthy and accessible for future generations.

And we're not finished yet.

July 17–19, we RETURN to Nimblewill Gap for the final restoration of a large campsite. This will be the culmination of months of effort, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

What we're building goes far beyond trails and campsites. We're creating a legacy of stewardship that our children and grandchildren will inherit long after we're gone.

Thank you to every volunteer who has shown up, picked up a shovel, turned a wrench, hauled material, shared a meal, or simply believed in the mission. The results are becoming impossible to ignore.

Together, we are restoring the outdoors—and it's beginning to show.
