Hey there!

I’m Chelsey Alegria, a Wedding Coordinator servicing the North/Central Alabama area and beyond!

I’ve been working in the wedding industry for a little more than a year and have LOVED every second of it. And since it has always been a dream of mine to have a business of my own, creating Chelsey Alegria Weddings was an easy decision.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME:

• I always cry the moment my brides walk down the aisle, like seriously every time.

• I have no problem being your personal body guard on your wedding day to ensure you and your partner can have those precious moments of alone time together for private vows, snacks, dinner or just to take a break from the festivities!

• I will always work my hardest to ensure that your wedding day comes together the way you’ve always envisioned it.

• I am married to the absolute most kind human on the planet. We live in Madison with our three fur babies. ❤️

• Florida native

• Huge Disney fan

• Have always dreamed of running a business of my own

Although most of my experience is in wedding day coordination I am learning and growing and hope to eventually expand to full planning as well. My packages are listed in a highlight with pricing details so you can choose one that’s right for you. I can customize any package as well so if one of them doesn’t seem to fit your needs, feel free to shoot me a message and we can work something out.

💍TODAY’S WEDDING DAY TIP💍

🤍PRIVATE TIME

On your wedding day there is going to be so much going on, people to greet, photos to take, cakes to cut, dresses to get into. It can be easy to be so distracted by all of the amazing details and friends that you don’t actually spend much time with the person you’re marrying. That’s why these tips are some of my favorites:

🤍Stick by each others side instead of letting family and friends pull you both in different directions, hold on to each other so that you experience the day together.

🤍Set aside a private time for just the two of you: think private dinner, private vow ceremony or private last dance!

🤍Take 10-15 minutes after the ceremony or photos to just be with each other, have your wedding coordinator guard the door and make the world wait for a few moments. After all today is about the love between the two of you. 🤍

Taking a moment here and there can help slow the day down a little and let you savor those sweet moments. Communicate to your coordinator if private time is important to you and they will make sure it happens!

🍽️ DINNER

Wedding days go by SO FAST, and no matter how many times you’re reminded to eat/drink water usually, the bride and groom forget or don’t have the time. It’s easy to forget with soooo many people to see and so many activities to pull off during your reception. So here are a few tips that may help:

❤️Plan a private dinner for you and your spouse.

❤️Designate a bridesmaid/groomsmen to make sure you have snacks/water whenever you need them.

❤️Ask your coordinator to make a plate for you and your spouse while you hide from the crowds and breathe a little.

This is something coordinators are amazing at pulling off! We will personally guard the door and fight off anyone who tries to interrupt your precious alone time. We’ve got you. ❤️
