Accessibility is a core value of ours - affordability is one way we continue to make somatic-based modalities accessible to people in our community. We have 60 days scholarships, multiple pay-what-you-can offerings, low drop-in rates, and multiple class pass and subscription offerings. At Sukha, it is hopefully obvious the moment you walk into our doors, that we believe in inclusivity. We take pride in being a safe place for you to be who are and love who you love.

To those in our community who are not white, cisgender, or heterosexual. We recognize this is not just another election. It’s a very scary election that might question who you are, who you love, where you can feel safe, and what parts of your own body you have autonomy over.

We can’t change this election. But what we can do is hold safe space, amplify your voice, be a listening friend, give you a hug, advocate for you when you’re not in the room to do so yourself, and remind you that you are enough.
