This 175-unit interior renovation includes replacing cabinets, countertops, doors, flooring, backsplash tile, appliances, as well as updating electrical and plumbing fixtures. The building's shared spaces such as the lobby, pool room, outside patio, corridors and stairs are also receiving a significant refresh.
