For the first time ever, we had our FULL coaching team in person for our Total Life Fitness client event this weekend.

We’re fortunate to have an amazing team with Mark McCoy, Lexi Casselton and Dawn Reali.

Our coaching team (including me) has about 42 years of collective experience, and all of our coaches have worked with at least 150 members inside just our program alone.

We specialize in coaching women over 40 who are doing everything right, but who feel their body isn’t reflecting it.

Mark has coached hundreds of our members since 2020, and he’s someone who’s actually lived this. He lost 60+ pounds in his late 40s/early 50s and has kept it off for years while working full-time and raising a family.

He keeps things simple, practical and real for our members.

Lexi is an absolute wealth of knowledge around women’s health and amazing at helping women figure out how to actually apply body composition strategies in real life. She’s been through her own journey overcoming an eating disorder, so she understands both the mental and physical side of transformation at a high level.

Our members love her because she doesn’t just coach, she teaches. From alcohol and hormones to stress and fat loss, she helps you actually understand what’s going on so you can get results that last.

Dawn brings 12+ years of experience and specializes in helping women 40+ navigate perimenopause, menopause and everything that comes with it. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, she knows how to apply it in a way that fits real life.

She’s all about building strength, improving energy and creating results that actually stick, and she’s someone who truly cares about helping women feel confident again in this phase of life.
