1000k followers may not seem like a big deal to some however it’s a big deal to me. My goal with Fit Enneagram was to create a fun, educational, health related Enneagram community to help each of us grow through every season. I began this account with huge ideas and dreams that are starting to unfold.

Growing an authentic account from scratch takes a tremendous amount of work. There are no shortcuts and it is incredibly difficult to predict what will and won’t work. Social media is a big, intimidating world with so much potential and possibility.

I did not anticipate the amount of education, support, and really wonderful new relationships that have occurred as a result of this community.

With over three decades of combined experience as a fitness professional, CHEK certified coach, corrective exercise practitioner and certified Enneagram trainer, New U partners with individuals, families and companies to provide health and wellness solutions. This includes comprehensive assessments, coaching, personal training and results driven wellness programming. Clients are taken through a whole health program utilizing tangible measures to ensure goals are realized.
