What does 10 years of 100% employee ownership look like?

At Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, it looked like our community coming together to form the number 10.

But this photo represents much more than an anniversary.

It represents years of employee-owners investing in one another, strengthening communities, and transforming lives. It represents the belief that the people closest to our mission should also share in the value they help create.

MyPath's employee ownership journey began nearly 25 years ago. What started as a commitment to shared ownership evolved into 100% employee ownership a decade ago, strengthening our mission and fostering a culture where employees are empowered to lead, innovate, and make a difference every day.
