I'm learning to listen to myself a little more.

It's Monday morning, and I have a busy week ahead. Normally I'd be deep into podcast prep, marketing, and episode launches. But since we're between seasons, I'm giving myself permission to focus on the work that's been waiting.

It takes me back to something I shared in my keynote a few weeks ago...

If you want to change your path, you first have to believe a different path is possible.

There are endless books, podcasts, experts, and "how-to" guides that can help you get where you want to go. But before any of that matters, your mindset has to believe it's possible.

So today, my phone is on Do Not Disturb. I'm getting things done while leaving a little space to dream about what my next possibility might be.

What possibility are you giving yourself permission to believe in today?

In my conversation with Jennifer Bicknese and Dr. Shane Krukow, we talk about how meditation and prayer can create the quiet space needed to hear what God may be calling you toward.

I love this clip because it reminds us that success doesn't have to look the same for everyone.

The goal isn't to build the biggest business, have the most followers, or receive the most recognition. The goal is to make an impact.

Maybe your impact is on your children, your spouse, a friend, a coworker, or even a complete stranger. When what you do is rooted in serving others and done for the right reasons, that's where the real difference is made.

Walking out of Season 2 like...!

Yes, it's Wednesday... but it's summer! People are busy, and we'll be back with brand-new episodes when **Season 3** launches this fall.

In the meantime, this is the perfect opportunity to scroll through past episodes and find one that speaks to where you are today. That's one of my favorite things about this podcast—these conversations are always there for you to revisit during different seasons of your life. Or, if you're new here, start with Episode 1 and come along for the journey.

As we head into Season 3, I want to build something even bigger than a podcast. I want to build a community.

That means more of you. More conversations. More collaboration. More inspiration.

We only get one life. Let's keep learning, growing, and becoming the best version of ourselves—together.

See you this fall!
