I watched you earn respect not by demand but by action. Helping everyone around us, going back to school for your masters, and carrying responsibilities with quiet strength. You taught me to talk to God, to say sorry when I’m wrong, and to do what’s right for the right reasons. Thank you for 20 years of military service, 18 years of civilian commitment, and a lifetime of sacrifice, leadership, humility and FAITH. You disciplined with wisdom, provided with heart, and led with conviction. Your dedication should be studied. I am who I am because of you. Enjoy this new season Dad. You more than earned it.
