Capstone Caveman Clash The Caveman Clash and Cookoff is a fun event for the crossfit community and their families. The clash is a 2 day competition and the Cook-off is a Paleo Cook-off that the proceeds benefit local charities. The competition will be a two day event hosting many different divisions and the Cook-off .....
