3rd Circle Professionals Club

We're a few days behind getting this post up but we're still reflecting on what was an outstanding recent 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 meeting back on June 26th!

More than 𝟔𝟎 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 joined us for our quarterly Open Mastermind, led by the always-engaging Ken Schreiner. Ken has a unique ability to ask the right questions, facilitate meaningful discussion, and help people see opportunities and solutions they may not have considered on their own.

A special thank you to Benjamin Engel, Jack Flanigan, Ramo Narbaiz, and Lindsey Davis for volunteering to step into the hot seat. It takes courage to be open about real business and professional challenges, and your willingness to do so created valuable learning opportunities for everyone in the room.

Meetings like this are a great reminder of what makes 3rd Circle special. It's not just networking—it's professionals coming together to share experiences, solve problems, encourage one another, and grow together.

As America celebrates its 𝟐𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, I'm reminded that one of our nation's greatest strengths has always been the freedom to think differently, pursue our own paths, and still come together around the values we share.

That's the kind of community we're striving to build at 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞.

We're intentionally nonpartisan because we believe personal and professional growth happens best in the context of 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬. Those relationships aren't built because everyone agrees on everything—they're built on mutual respect, a willingness to understand one another, and a commitment to finding 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝.

Like every one of us as individuals, our nation has a history filled with both remarkable accomplishments and undeniable shortcomings. We don't have to ignore one to appreciate the other. We can celebrate what is good, learn from what wasn't, and always strive to become better.

Today, we're especially grateful for the 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐬 we enjoy, the sacrifices that have preserved them, and the opportunity to build a community where people can meet, bond, and excel—together.

More than 60 local professionals joined us Friday for another outstanding 3rd Circle Professionals Club meeting.

A special thank you to our guest speaker, Rob Killebrew, for delivering an engaging and thought-provoking presentation titled:

"𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁"

Rob challenged us to examine the mental obstacles that often hold us back, while providing practical insights on resilience, perspective, and maintaining forward momentum when life and business become difficult.

The room was fully engaged from start to finish, and the conversations that followed made it clear that his message resonated with many of us.
