Why am I excited about this house?
A friend of mine, who’s a first-time homebuyer, just put it under contract. We’ve been working together for about 4 months and she’s looked at 18 houses. Some of them sold in the same day – with multiple offers – and went over asking price. BUT, my friend did not get discouraged and stuck with the plan. Happy Anniversary to this wonderful woman.
I thank God everyday that she’s my life partner and mother to our children. We got married 10 years ago. The small private ceremony was on the bank of a coastal dune lake right off 30A in Walton County, Florida. It was the perfect day — in the perfect spot — to start something wonderful.
