We can build this one, or something similar in your backyard.

This is an 747 sqft, 2-bedroom, 1-bath with kitchen and laundry area, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

It has a cozy living room with cove dimmable lights and wide living room space.

The pathway leading to the house has 4’ concrete and brown mulch on the sides.

The exterior and interior ceiling is made of natural color stained and sealed pine wood boards that exhibit their grains along their length, and is complemented by recessed lights.

All the living area has vinyl flooring installed except in the bathroom which has gray ceramic tiles.

The interior walls and ceiling are textured and painted with semi-gloss trim.

It is equipped with a cooking range, dish washer, garbage disposal and range hood, which are installed together in the kitchen area.

A 28,000 BTU 2.3-Ton 3-Zone WIFI Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner with Heat Pump is installed. One unit of evaporator in the living room, and one in each bedroom.

The laundry room is located inside the bathroom to maximize the space and is designed for a stackable or combo washer and dryer unit, and provides space for shelving.

Both bedrooms had 110 square feet, and a 16 square feet closet, and a 52-inch ceiling fan, similar to the one in the living room.
