Ingredients

Instructions

Ingredients

* 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

* 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
For Garnish
* Whipped cream
* Fresh raspberries
Instructions
Make the Raspberry Sauce
1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until berries break down.
3. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
4. Strain through a fine sieve to remove seeds if desired.
5. Let cool completely.
Prepare the Crust
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
3. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
4. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
